SHARIQ SIDDIQUI | 高级经理

王琰 (Tanya Wang)  | 高级经理

王琰是驻上海的高级经理。加入BDA之前， 王小姐就职于安永会计师事务所上海分所的审计及企业咨询部门。在安永期间，她为多家跨国公司提供中国和国际财务准则报表审计，内部控制评估，信贷审阅，财务报表分析，IPO审计和并购业务中的尽职调查等服务，包括中国工商银行，上海浦东发展银行，瑞穗实业银行，新加坡大华银行，澳新银行，富士施乐和利尔等。王小姐毕业于北京大学，获得英语语言文学和经济学双学士。王小姐能说流利的英语和汉语。

周静珊是BDA驻上海的高级经理。加入BDA之前，周小姐就职于宏择投资咨询（上海）公司（GIC），任客户经理，主要为外资公司提供在中国注册的咨询服务。同时，她也为国内本土公司提供海外IPO上市的服务。之前，周小姐也曾在AC尼尔森上海分公司工作。周小姐毕业于英国Bristol大学，获商法法学硕士。她还持有华东政法大学的民商法法学学士学位。周小姐能说流利的英语和汉语。

JONATHAN AIKEN | 经理

Jonathan Aiken是驻伦敦的经理。加入BDA之前, Aiken先生曾在Taylor-Dejongh的能源建设行业全球融资项目部工。期间，他参与各类项目，包括北美高速，非洲大陆的基础设施建设，中东能源项目
之前，他在华盛顿特区某扩够私人投资公司工作。Aiken先生拥有MBA学历，毕业于乔治华盛顿大学,  获得国际关系硕士学位。近期他还通过了CFA 一级考试 。他能说流利的英语和法语，并熟悉汉语.

AHMED AL BALOOSHI | 经理

Ahmed Al Balooshi是驻巴林的经理。Al Balooshi先生完成老外花旗和巴黎银行的地域性合作金融和投资银行的培训课程。 2006年，Al Balooshi先生参加了美林证券迪拜的全球私人客户培训课程。2004年，Al Balooshi先生完成了阿拉伯银行举行的关于伊斯兰财政的应用基本原理的夏季课程。Al Balooshi先生持有马德里Instituto de Empresa 商学院的金融学硕士学位以及贝鲁特American University的工商管理学学士学位。他能说流利的阿拉伯语和英语。

ALEXANDER DITCHFIELD | 经理

Alexander Ditchfield 是驻上海的经理。加入 BDA之前, Ditchfield先生在成都的欧盟项目孵化中心 从事欧洲SWITCH亚洲投资项目的政策研究， 旨在促进欧亚之间的可持续发展， 贸易和投资。 Ditchfield 先生毕业于英国的 Cardiff University，获得经济学士学位。他能说流利的英语和普通话。

MARC LIU | 经理

Marc Liu是驻纽约的经理。加入BDA之前，Liu先生在纽约市经济发展公司工作。他还曾在中国北京APCO咨询公司工作，为投资，政府机关沟通联络提供咨询服务。他持有哥伦比亚大学和巴黎政治学院联合的的国际事务硕士学位，专攻国际金融和政治。 Liu先生能说流利的英语，法语和普通话

DIWAKAR MITR | 经理

Diwakar Mitr 是驻孟买的经理。加入BDA之前, Diwakar先生是Transparent Shares & Securities Pvt Ltd的交易员, 负责印度市场的股票分析和交易。 Mitr先生毕业于美国Dartmouth大学, 获得经济学和计算机学士学位。Mitr先生能说流利的英语和印度语。

JASON SONG | 经理

Jason Song 是驻纽约的经理。加入BDA之前， Song先生在伦敦工作,参与了美国大型养老基金赞助的碳排放信息披露方案项目, 负责电力和公共设施的研究。之前， Song先生在退休基金Phil Willis MP的英国办公室工作 Song先生毕业于美国Wisconsin大学Madison分校(经济学学士)， 法国巴黎大学(政治学硕士)和英国伦敦政治经济学院(公共政治学硕士)。Song先生说流利的英语和法语。

KEVIN SONG | 经理

Kevin Song is an Associate based in Shanghai. Prior to joining BDA, he was an Investment Analyst at Global Market Trading Group in New York, providing PE investment assessment, due diligence, research, and target valuation advice in North American and Asian markets. He holds an MSc degree from the School of Engineering and Applied Science in Columbia University, an MSc degree from the School of Mathematics of Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China. He speaks Mandarin Chinese and English.

CHRISTOPHE WALEWSKI | 经理

TOSHIAKI YOKOHARA | 经理

Toshiaki Yokohara is an Associate based in Tokyo. Prior to joining BDA, Mr. Yokohara worked in the Accounting Division at American International Group (AIG) K.K. in Tokyo, where he conducted financial analysis on, and prepared financial statements for, Group's subsidiaries operating in Japan. He has experience in buy- and sell-side M&A in the Japanese automotive, advanced manufacturing, chemical and personal care industries, among others. Mr. Yokohara graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Meiji University. He also holds Master of Accountancy from Golden Gate University. He is fluent in English and Japanese.

ALICIA CAO | 分析员

Alicia Cao is an analyst based in Shanghai. Before joining BDA, she worked in a logistics company based in London for 6 months where she held a marketing position communicating with both Chinese clients and partners in the Maldives. Prior to that, she achieved a master’s degree from Durham University in England majoring in International Banking and Finance. Ms. Cao earned her Bachelors in International trading and Economics from Jinlin University. Alicia is fluent in Mandarin and English.

ANJALI DAS | 分析员

Anjali Das 是驻巴林的分析员。加入BDA之前，Das小姐服务于印度邦加罗尔的一家咨询公司Contact Us。 她毕业于印度邦加罗尔大学，获得生物学学士学位。她还同时持有印度MATS大学的基因工程学学位以及巴林Birla Institute of Technology的MBA学位,专攻人力资源和市场学。Das小姐能说流利的英语和印度语。

MANUJ GOYAL | 分析员

Manuj Goyal 是驻孟买的分析员。Goyal先生之前 供职于孟买的印度巴巴原子研发中心, 是印度第一的研发公司，致力于核科学和工程的研究。Goyal 先生毕业于孟买的印度理工学院，获得机械工程学（技术）学士学位。他能说印度语和英语。

ERIC KANG | 分析员

Eric Kang is an Analyst based in Seoul. Prior to joining BDA, Mr. Kang worked at Cash World in Canada, where he served as an ATM/POS Account Manager. He also worked as a lab assistant at Financial Research and Trading Lab, Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, where he trained undergraduate and MBA students for using financial research applications. Mr. Kang is expected to receive a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto in Commerce Program with a specialization in Finance. He is fluent in English and Korean.

MAX KUBICKI | 分析员

Max Kubicki is an Analyst based in Shanghai. Before joining BDA, he studied Mandarin at Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, where he was a recipient of the Chinese Government Scholarship. Prior to that, he worked as a Risk Analyst at AKE Group in London, a security and political risk consultancy, covering the Asia Pacific region. Max graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a Master’s degree in International Political Economy, and earned a Bachelor’s in East Asian Studies from New York University. He speaks Mandarin, English, and Polish.

WAYAN LEE | 分析员

Wayan Lee is an Analyst based in New York. Before joining BDA, Wayan worked as an analyst at EuroConsult, an investment banking firm in New York, where he introduced international M&A opportunities to Fortune 1000 companies. Before that, he worked in client relationship management at Wells Fargo Investments. Wayan holds a BS in Business Management and a minor in Economics and Marketing from Purdue University. He is a CFA level 2 candidate and holds Series 7 & 66 licenses. He speaks fluent English and Mandarin.

李想 ( XIANG LI) | 分析员

李想是驻上海的分析员。加入BDA之前，他在中国人民银行金融研究部工作，负责收集、处理、分析和报告金融数据。李先生毕业于英国克兰菲尔德大学管理学院，获得金融学和管理学硕士学位，毕业论文题目是《国家和板块效果对股票投资回报的影响：对发达国家和金砖四国的实证研究》。本科毕业于吉林大学物理学院光信息科学与技术专业。李先生能说流利的英语和汉语。

JORDAN SELLECK | 分析员

Jordan Selleck is an Analyst based in New York. Before joining BDA, Jordan lived in Shanghai for two years, studying Chinese and co-coordinating a business networking group. Before that, he worked in the Private Wealth Management Division at Merrill Lynch in Raleigh, North Carolina. Jordan holds a BS in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is fluent in English and conversant in spoken and written Mandarin.

GLORIA WU | 分析员

Gloria Wu is an Analyst based in Hong Kong. She previously worked at Cannell Capital in San Francisco, where she helped to establish and manage a private trust company. Before that, she was an Investment Banking Analyst in the global healthcare group at Merrill Lynch in San Francisco. Gloria graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the University of Southern California. Gloria was born and raised in Hong Kong. She is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

BA XI | 分析员

Ba Xi is an Analyst based in Shanghai. Before joining BDA, he worked at KPMG Shanghai, where he carried out statutory financial audits and evaluated internal controls for companies in the hospital, FMCG, textile machinery, and construction materials industries. He graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, B Econ. He attended the summer program at Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania in 2005, and interned at the Boston Consulting Group and General Electric. He is fluent in English and Mandarin.

JESS ZHOU | 分析员

周希哲是驻香港的分析员。她曾于2007年担任BDA暑期分析员期间协助完成多项化学、餐饮方面的跨国收购及兼并项目。 周小姐毕业于香港大学，获得工商管理（法学）学士学位，她同时也是香港大学法学士学位的候选人。周小姐能说流利的粤语，英语，普通话及上海方言。
