• 応募する職種で必要とされる会計、金融またはビジネスについての確かな経験を持っていること。
• M&Aアドバイザリー、戦略コンサルティング、債務リストラクチャリング、資金調達、プロジェクト・ファイナンスおよび債務アドバイザリーについての経験があること。
• トップ・レベルの大学の学士または修士号を持っていること。
• 優れた学業成績を修めていること。
• 強い分析力とクリティカル・シンキングのスキルに長けていること。
• 企業家としての態度を備えていること。
• 会社の経営上層部およびクライアントと対話する上で、明確で熱意と自信を持ったコミュニケーションを行う能力（文書と会話の両方）を持っていること
• Microsoft Office（特にPowerPoint、ExcelおよびWord）について十分な知識があること。
• 出張（国内および海外）に対応できる柔軟性があること。
• 英語が堪能であること。アジア圏の言語が流暢に使うことができればなお良い。
