and rayon has been suspended since July 14th as protestors have blocked
entry to the company’s facility. The company’s management and government
representatives have been holding discussions with the protestors to resolve
the issue. The Asia Pacific Resources International Holdings Ltd
(APRIL) Group holds a 62% stake in the mill. APRIL is a major
SE Asian producer of pulp, paper and rayon fiber targeted at the Asia Pacific
