ATN Holding Inc., formerly JABPRACT Mining and Industrial Corp., is finalizing plans to move into the local healthcare business as part of its goal to serve the consumer market. ATN is negotiating for the consolidation of various healthcare subsidiaries to give it a foothold in the market. Another part of ATN’s business strategy is to negotiate a partnership with an IT firm to integrate ATN's healthcare operations with a medical and support systems database. (March 10th 1998)
